WWE Smackdown Spoilers 8-27-15

Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper kick off SmackDown in the ring with a promo on Braun Strowman. Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose come down to confront them but there’s no fight.

* The Dudleys vs. The Ascension

The Ascension cut a promo before the match, trashing the greatest tag team of all time. The Dudleys win with the 3D then The New Day comes out to taunt them with signs after the match. Viktor gets put through a table.

* Neville vs. Kevin Owens

Owens cut a backstage promo before the match and won with the pop-up powerbomb.

The Bella Twins are trying to turn Charlotte and Becky Lynch against Paige while she’s away at Tough Enough.

* Seth Rollins cut a promo on Sting and their WWE World Heavyweight Title match at Night of Champions. Which I swear I’m the only one who doesn’t want this match.

* Charlotte and Becky Lynch defeated The Bella Twins.

* Dolph Ziggler and Ryback defeated Rusev and Big Show. Tension between Rusev and Show led to Show knocking out Rusev while Ziggler was about to be locked in The Accolade. Ziggler took advantage and got the pin. This match made no sense to me because Rusev turned on Big Show on RAW so what is the point of teaming them up here?

* Sheamus defeated Dean Ambrose. After the match, The Wyatt Family came out and demolished Dean and Roman Reigns. SmackDown ends with The Wyatts standing over Reigns and Ambrose.

Sean Feral
Sean is pretty much “the bad guy”(metaphorically not negatively)…Sean was dubbed a “natural heel” by a handful of pro wrestlers about 8 years ago and Sean has embraced that role ever since. While covering the sports entertainment industry, Sean has met and interviewed many in the business and still loves the business now as much as he did as a kid. While most kids were cheering for the XMen, Sean rooted for guys like Apocalypse and Magneto. When everyone rooted for Hulk Hogan, Sean was rooting for the Iron Sheik. When you ask him “Why do you like the villain so much?” Sean always gives this answer, “The villain always tells a better story. Without their substance, there is little need for heroes.” Other than his love for villains, Sean is an overall sports dork and watches literally everything from WWE to Olympic curling to the NFL. Sean also loves humor, especially when it’s dark, well thought out, and witty.
